Some of my inspirations. :)
Stefunny's Thingies
A collection of artsy style nonsensical nonsenses of an art history obsessed so-called animator. She feasts upon the tears of children to keep herself young.

Monday Muses #2 ..on Wednesday
Because I am a dork. I thought I set this up to auto-post on Monday but APPARENTLY NOT. And it took me two days to realize it. Anyway, better late than never!
Sorry in advance for my laem write-up, I have issues sometimes forming my thoughts into words.

I’ve known her since..gosh, 2008 maybe? I don’t think she knows just how much she inspires me - not just artistically, but as a person as well. I’ve loved watching the both of us grow artistically alongside one another, and especially lately I’ve loved the jumps she’s been taking stylistically.
Her perseverance to continue growing as an artist through the craziness of life, and her patience I utterly admire - Though she’s way too hard on herself often times with her creative endeavors. Not only is she a wonderful artist, a patient and good person, but also an amazing writer. I have great respect for anyone who can write even the simplest thing and have it give me almost immediate inspiration to draw or create a scene around it.
Kyndra is one of two people I’d love to draw stories for, and its a shame more of her stories aren’t posted around - I know you’d all get a kick out of it. The visual scripting she manages and her clarity with words is enviable. I can only hope to write like her someday. I take a lot of her critiques on art and life with a heavy dose of respect and consideration.
I find myself making it a personal challenge to draw to the scenes she writes about into the wee hours of the morning. I can’t count how many times I’ve done this (sometimes not so successfully - we’ll stuff those drawings under a pile of folders).
I absolutely love plotting characters, designs, and stories with her, though I always feel so bland in comparison!
I’d consider her a sort of sister figure and definitely my best friend. There aren’t a lot of people who walk in and leave such an imprint on your life in such a short time, and those that do you can never hope to forget.
Monday Muses #3

My wonderful, most favorite, only sister, Melanie.
We’re two very different people, like night and day. Where she gets energy and kicks from parties and adventuring I get energy from sitting inside and staring out the window. Where she is a fashionista I generally roll out of bed and call it done.
Yet we’ve never really argued. We got along like peas and carrots (to quote Forrest Gump) growing up and she’s always, always had my back - especially at times when it felt like no one else did. Our differences I think made us a lot more open and diverse in our interests though.
And her personality? Amazing. Its really hard not to like someone like my sister, and she is quite the character. In fact I use her as a lot of reference points for certain characters of mine. Really without her nudging me forward and encouraging me to tell the world to ‘Eff off’ if they didn’t like what I did I don’t think I’d have graduated from college in animation. I’d be doing something I probably dislike.
She’s an amazing sibling, a wonderful mother, and all around awesome!
Seriously best sister. <3
(look at that picture, seriously. So fashion.)
Drop those beats.
I love dis version of Blues in the Night.
